“Sustainable strategies vary widely among brands – whether it is recycled, bio-based or recyclable, so it’s important to provide solutions to meet their individual needs,” said Simon Hong, Hyosung Global Denim Marketing Director.
In addition to presenting its new denim textile solutions at the show, Hyosung continues to sponsor and support the Kingpins Future Fits Forum. With the Kingpins team, it will decorate the Kingpins BOXES displayed with innovative garments made from Levi’s 501-iconic fit deadstock and laser-washed art pieces. The company will also host the Future Fits Forum, a seminar discussing denim fashion trends for the next five years, taking place on Wednesday, October 23 at 1:30PM.
As part of its commitment to the Kingpins Future Fits program, Hyosung is launching a new project where it will display swatch samples made with planet-friendly spandex from partner mills that are also exhibiting at the show. Visitors will be able to vote on which sample they find to be the most environmentally friendly. The fabrics that receive the highest ranking will be used in garments for the next Future Fits Forum.
At Kingpins Amsterdam Hyosung can be found on the first floor of the historic SugarFactory, yellow area booth #17.
