We’ve reached our third Trend Byte in our Minimal For Future theme, which is the sub-trend called Nature Power. 

Nature Power

As the world faces the climate crisis, brands that focused on fully synthetic-based styles are now seeking fabrics that are more planet-friendly. Nature Power focuses on products in apparel categories such as intimate apparel, loungewear, and activewear in which natural and regenerated fibers such as wool and modal are blended with our functional synthetic yarns. 

Our recommended yarns and fabrics for Nature Power include:

Key Yarns

• regen Bio-Based: USDA and SGS-certified spandex made partly made with renewable resources
• regen Xanadu: a polyester fiber made with a blend of recycled post-consumer PET and corn-based materials. 
• regen Aerolight: a lightweight 100% recycled polyester providing outstanding moisture management function and refreshing feel.
• regen Askin: 100% recycled cooling and UV-protective polyester fiber
• regen Aqua-X: 100% recycled cooling and UV-protective nylon fiber

Suggested Fabrics

Double knits/mesh/rib/pique – all made with regenerated or natural fiber such as wool, modal, and cotton blended with functional synthetic fibers.
